President and CEO: Dr. Pat Francis

Dr. Pat Francis is the President and CEO of Elomax.  As a member of the United Nations, NGO, she has developed strong relationships with Presidents and Leaders of Nations for partnerships for infrastructure development and humanitarian work.  With a heart for the people she ensures that the developments provides employment for the people of the nation and with intentional strategy for women and youth. As a humanitarian she has developed programs with a holistic approach that takes children from rescue and survival to empowerment with education, job creation and community development. In the spirit of Charity and Enterprise her team provides market-driven sustainable solutions and new technologies that not only provide aid to children and the poor, but also transform lives and communities. Dr. Pat has doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in psychology and social work.

Director of Business Development: Michael Marsh, CA

Michael Marsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience in global trading. He is currently Chairman of Accounting for Hospitality, a UK niche accounting practice specialising in strategic business growth. Michael is a former founding partner of Ernst & Young Zambia, servicing multinational corporations including mining and construction companies. He has experience with commercial banks at Director level and Sun International hotel chain on a US$75 million hotel complex. He works alongside global entrepreneurs helping them with growth strategies, financial planning, analytical financial reviews, and forecasting to empower businesses and corporations.

Director of Project Development, Ian Jones, RICS

Ian Jones, BGI Group is a Managing Partner and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  Elomax and BGI Group bring over forty years of experience in real estate development in large scale residential, commercial, institutional and recreational projects.  Ian was the Appointed  Contracts Administrator on the $20 million  Prince Hotel Toronto project responsible for all budget and cost control, estimating calling, negotiating, and awarding all contracts and the on-site contractual  administration  and  finalization  of  all  contracts.  He also had similar function for Hotel Toronto (Westin).
